ricotta and blueberry swirls
Ingredients
1 pack of puff pastry
250g of ricotta
1 teaspoons of maple syrup
1 pack of organic freeze dried blueberry powder
A little bit of milk for glazing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan
Mix 250gr of ricotta with 1 pack of freeze dried blueberry powder and maple syrup
Unroll the pastry, place on baking tray
Spread the mix of ricotta and blueberries over pastry
Roll the pastry up into a roll
Slice the roll into 15 slices
Glaze each roll with milk
Bake for 15-20 mintes until golden
