ricotta and blueberry swirls


Ingredients


  • 1 pack of puff pastry

  • 250g of ricotta

  • 1 teaspoons of maple syrup

  • 1 pack of organic freeze dried blueberry powder

  • A little bit of milk for glazing


Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan

  2. Mix 250gr of ricotta with 1 pack of freeze dried blueberry powder and maple syrup

  3. Unroll the pastry, place on baking tray

  4. Spread the mix of ricotta and blueberries over pastry

  5. Roll the pastry up into a roll

  6. Slice the roll into 15 slices

  7. Glaze each roll with milk

  8. Bake for 15-20 mintes until golden
